Mr. Lester Tao He (贺涛)

Mr. He graduated from the Department of Electrical Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST) in 1995. After relocating to Canada, he pursued advanced academic studies at McMaster University.

He accumulated 20 years of industry experience at Rogers Communications in Canada, where he rose to the position of Director of Digital Transformation. As Co-Founder and COO of MapleLync Global and Co-Founder of Wuhan Huifengda Technology Co., Ltd., he also serves as Secretary-General of the HUST Toronto Alumni Network, Director of the North American Artificial Intelligence Association, and Visiting Professor at the School of Medicine, Jianghan University.

With deep expertise in China-Canada cross-border digital supply chains, Mr. He leads the China-Canada Science and Innovation Collaboration Program at the Suizhou (Wuhan) Offshore Science and Innovation Center. He has built a robust bridge for bilateral economic, trade and scientific research cooperation, and launched *Half-Time Insights*, a content platform dedicated to supporting Chinese enterprises’ North American market expansion. He is widely recognized as a pivotal bond for industrial cooperation between China and Canada.

Junlong He (贺俊龙) specializes in cross-border precision manufacturing business between China and Canada, with extensive hands-on experience in North American market entry. Leveraging industrial resources and local business networks, he provides one-stop go-to-market services for manufacturing enterprises, including market access assessment, targeted partner matching, business negotiation, overseas local operation and bilateral business liaison. He leads the team to connect the Chinese and Canadian markets, building a full commercialization system covering product evaluation, channel development and final delivery, helping domestic precision manufacturers efficiently expand into the Canadian market.
